For example, a letter of ownership could be issued by a bank to a homeowner as a way to verify that they actually do own their home. Dear Mr. John,

                                                                               * * * *
I hope this letter finds you and your family in good health.  I came to know that from this year onwards, I have to file Income Tax Return even though I do not pay Tax, as I own a car and a telephone.
As I know only my business, and nothing about taxes, and returns, I remembered your name.  I know you are expert in all these things and surely you will help me.  After our Junior college, you went for study of tax while I went for study of business in clothes.  Now I am happy that we both are settled well in life.
Please make it a point to visit our house located upstairs of the above office, with your family members for an informal visit.  Also convey my respects to your parents and sister.

My wife is a home maker with two kids, studying X and VII std.  I hope you are also blessed with kids.  Please inform the details about them.

Hope this business deal will renew our contacts and friendship again with a new horizon of our kids, and families.

Thanking you,

Yours truly,
Anndy
