This type of letter requires the proof of identity and residential address documents to complete the approved loan .It is often sent by the Bank representatives to provide a list of necessary documents that must be sent in a particular term.

I am pleased to inform you that you’re sent application for the Bank Loan is already approved and needs to be completed because of the several formalities. Within 15 days please send us back the following documents:

* The enclosed agreement’s copy form signed and dated.

* The dated, completed and signed standing order mandate, but if you chose to take the repayment from your account, our representatives will set it up.

* The last 4 months statements of your bank account that show the current address. We also insist on the recent wage slip and require only that copy which is dated not more than 4 months.
